PSLF Statement of Condolences

1. Infantry Battalion 389 of the Myanmar Army intentionally shelled the Cadet Officer Graduation Ceremony organized by the KIO a 105 mm round on 19 November 2014 at approximately 12:36 pm. Together with the cadet officers of the Allied Forces, 11 cadet officers from the TNLA lost their lives from the shelling. The TNLA would like to express its feeling of great loss and deep sorrow for the late officers.

2. The names and ages of the late officers are (1) Mai Nay Tun, 24; (2) Mai Maung Win, 21; (3) Mai Naw Aung, 22; (4) Mai Tun Hlaing, 22; (5) Mai Ba Khet, 21; (6) Mai Than Shine, 18; (7) Mai Ye Si Thu, 19; (8) Mai Sein Myint, 25; (9) Mai Wai Yan, 19; (10) Mai Aung San, 25; and (11) Mai Aik Kyar, 21.

3. We, the PSLF/TNLA, deeply promise to these 11 late cadet officers from the TNLA that we will march forward and try to achieve the political goals on behalf of them, and we release this statement of condolences in great sorrow.
